The storm that rolled through the 2014 Life Time Tri CapTex has created some confusion within the results files. Some athletes completed one loop of a two loop international run, others were turned around before crossing the bridge at Congress and still more were turned somewhere else along the course.
We need your help classifying final results. Out of respect for your fellow triathletes, if you were pulled off of the run course before completing the entire run but still crossed the finish line, please send us an email at email@example.com and let us know. If you were on the run course with every intention of making your way to the finish line before your day was cut short and you had an opportunity to run your way through the finish chute, please let us know that too.
All athletes that did not complete the entire course will be classified under the Age Group Ineligible tabs on the results page. In order to display results and provide accurate listings at the top of each age group, we must move athletes with faster finishing times who did not have the opportunity to complete the race in its entirety to a separate classification.
We will keep self-reporting open until Thursday, June 5, 2014. At that time we will have all results reclassified and final official results will be available. Until that time, awards will not be determined and results will remain unofficial for all athletes outside of the Pro and Elite fields since those athletes were all through racing when the storm hit.
Thank you for your time and effort in helping us provide the most accurate results. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
