The main expo where all the athletes come to pick up their race packets. This completely indoor event welcomed over 10,000 visitors in 2012, including race participants, friends, family and the general public. Admission is free.
The Vic Mathias Shores Race Site
Sunday, May 24, Noon – 6:00 p.m.
This expo is where all the athletes come to check their bikes into the transition areas. A perfect opportunity for exhibitors who want to get in front of all of the athletes and take advantage of a very nominal pricing.
The Finish Festival — Palmer Events Center
Monday, May 25, 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Right in the middle of all of the race day action. Athletes and spectators pack this area before, during and after the race. A great place for merchandise and refreshment/food vendors. We expected close to 15,000 people at the Finish Festival in 2013.

Booth space is on a first come, first serve basis. Preferred locations can be requested for the Palmer Events Center. Each indoor booth will be supplied with 3’ high side drape, 8’ high back drape, one wastebasket, two folding chairs, one folding table, and an identification sign. Each outdoor booth will be supplied with one folding table, two folding chairs, and an identification sign. The exhibitor is responsible for their own 10’x10’ tent. Larger tents can be provided for an additional fee.
Exhibitors are expected to have personnel attending their booths at all times during the expo hours. Once payment is received, an Exhibitor Services Kit that will include information and costs for electricity, phones and other furnishings will be e-mailed to you.
